The GO Geared Up for Sony's "Armored"

ArmoredDetroit band The GO will be heard in the worldwide release of the Matt Dillon film Armored. From Sony/Screen Gems, this Nimród Antal flick will feature The GO's "Blue Eyes Woman."

The story centers on Ty Hackett, a young armored car guard who has difficulties making ends meet and decides to join the other guards in emptying a truck of its $42 million cargo. Conflict arises when the guards shoot a cop, who Ty insists on helping. A standoff ensues, with Ty locked in the armored car with the wounded cop and the stolen money.

The GO is no stranger to the silver screen, having both "Blue Eyes Woman" and "Summer's Gonna Be My Girl" synched to the 2006 remake of Wes Craven's The Hills Have Eyes.
